Cain Changes Story Again; Accuser Got A Year’s Severance

November 1st, 2011 | Posted by Smoke and Daggers in Uncategorized

Herman Cain just keeps shooting himself in the foot.

After a report detailing accusations at least two separate incidents of sexual harassment by Cain against two former employees, Cain firstĀ claimed that the accusations never happened.

Then he claimed that the accusations happened, but that he was unaware of any financial settlements, and if there were settlements, he hoped they were small. THEN he claimed that he WAS aware of settlements, but that they were only for “a few months’ pay.”

It has now come to light that in fact at least one of the settlements was for a full year’s pay for the female staffer who accused him… not the “few months’ pay” he described earlier.

For those readers keeping score at home, this is now at least the fourth time in two days that Cain has changed his story.
